The Division 2 gets a winter update that adds snowballs and Christmas hats to the lootshooter.
Things can get tough in The Division 2, but Christmas will be celebrated in Washington D.C. Ubisoft has announced that there’s a winter update on the way for the game. In addition, a new weapon is introduced called The Sleigher, which is more or less a grenade launcher. However, this gun does not use grenades but snowballs.
A new, extremely difficult game mode is added to the apocalyptic game called Permadeath. This mode is intended for seasoned Division 2 players, the fact is that when players die in this mode, they immediately lose all shoots and progression and can start again. In addition, players cannot use the Stash in Permadeath mode.
Everyone who plays the new mode is placed in the same server. This way it is as fair as possible and players are more likely to survive. Players who manage to reach level 2 are rewarded with a special YOLO hat. However, the developer indicates that mode is not yet perfect and that it’s still being worked on.
“A lot still needs to be done, but the developers are convinced that the mode adds something to the game, which is why we are already releasing the beta version. Not everything that the developers had in mind was already incorporated in the beta, moreover there are more plans that have not yet been added, “reports the team of The Division 2.

News | First Call of Duty: Modern Warfare content season revealed
Activision Blizzard has revealed the content of the first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare content season.
The season starts on December 3. From that moment, all kinds of new elements are added to the game during an as yet unknown period. All content is completely free and appears simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
It is in any case three new multiplayer maps that are based on maps from earlier Modern Warfare games: Crash, Vacant and Shipment. Ground War mode also gets a new folder in the form of Port. Even Gunfight gets new maps, namely Cargo and Atrium.
In addition, new multiplayer modes are coming to the game in the form of Reinforce, Gunfight OSP and Infected. There are new Spec Ops experiences called bomb Squad, Grounded, Just Reward and Pitch Black. Finally, new weapons are coming to the game in the form of the RAM-7 and Holger-26.

News | Borderlands 3 will receive it's first DLC on 19 December
The new Borderlands 3 DLC called Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot comes out on December 19, where players can take on the challenge that Moxxi presents them.
Your client, Moxxi, asks you as the player to take control of the space station built by Handsome Jack. The space station used to be a casino called Handsome Jackpot, but after Jack’s death it’s loaded with Hyperion Loader robots, making the space station unusable. According to Moxxi, Jack has become successful by stealing her ideas and therefore wants to get the Handsome Jackpot under her control.
The heist is suitable for players from level 13, but the difficulty level and lottery ticket grows with the level of the player. So even if users are for example level 30, they can still take on a challenge. What is important to know is that players must have unlocked Sanctuary 3, otherwise it is not playable.
The expansion includes new legendary weapons and cosmetic items, as well as a new skin for the Echo Device. Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot is the first of four dlcs and is part of the Season Pass and the Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe edition. The dlc will be released on December 19.
In addition, a free content update is also being released. This adds a new challenge: Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite. This is a raid-style challenge for co-op parties with four characters of the maximum level.
Other changes that the update entails are that bosses have their own lottery, making it easier for players to collect legendary items and items. The maximum for Bank Space is also being increased from 50 to 300.
News | Five cosmetic DLC packages for Borderlands 3 revealed
Gearbox has unveiled the first dlc set from Borderlands 3. These DLCs can be obtained before the Bloody Harvest Halloween event.
The popular lootshooter is celebrating Halloween at the end of this month with a special spooky event. But before this event starts, players can already purchase a number of paid cosmetic enhancements for their Vault Hunters.
Each package will cost around three euros. A large part of the content was already available for Borderlands 3 players with the Deluxe version. The packages can be purchased in the Microsoft Store, PSN Store and the Epic Games Store. There are five different packages for sale; the Toy Box Weapon package, the Gearbox Costemetic package, the Retro Cosmetic package, the Gold Weapons package and finally the Neon Cosmetic package.
Gearbox has previously announced that many more Borderlands 3 expansions will appear in the future. For example, the publisher indicated that the Borderlands 3 story is still being expanded and that the game is being carefully monitored for errors and improvements.
News | Gwent expansion Iron Judgment appears on October 2
Iron Judgment, the new addition to Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One from 2 October.
The expansion adds more than eighty new cards to the digital card game. The new cards, for example, offer the possibility of setting up barricades. The story revolves around King Radovid who arrives with his army from the North to start the attack.
Last week CD Projekt Red already announced that Gwent would be coming to iOS (iPhone and iPad). The game appears in the App Store on October 29. The iOS version of Gwent uses the touchscreen and provides a simple way of playing. Moreover, progress and purchases can be transferred from PC to iOS and vice versa.
