The open beta of Diablo 2: Resurrected will be held this weekend.

The beta has been running for almost a week for people who pre-ordered the game or received a code via Twitch, but this weekend the beta can be played by everyone. Both the single player and multiplayer modes can be tested. In addition, there is cross-progression between the PC and console versions.

The open beta begins on August 20 at 7:00 PM on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One. It ends on August 23 at 7:00 PM. You can already install the beta from today.

In the open beta, five different classes are playable (Barbarian, Druid, Amazon, Sorceress, and Paladin). Assassin and Necromancer will also be added upon release of the game. In the beta, the first two acts from the game are playable.

Diablo 2: Resurrected, out September 23, includes both the main game and the Lord of Destruction expansion. Players can expect improved animations and effects, dynamic lighting and 4K resolution. The game is being developed by Blizzard in partnership with Vicarious Visions and will be released for PC, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The latter console is not part of the beta period.

An open beta of Diablo 2 Resurrected will be held over the weekend of August 20.

The open beta begins on August 20 at 7:00 PM on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One. It ends on August 23 at 7:00 PM. The beta can be installed on August 18.

People who pre-ordered the game or bought the Diablo Prime Evil Collection can already participate in an Early Access period this weekend.

News | Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 remakes will be released in September

On September 4, reissues of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 will be released. Activison and the skater themselves announced this during Summer Games Fest.

The remake is being developed by Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy creator Vicarious Visions and includes the original maps and skaters from the first two games. Several bands and songs from the original games also return, including Goldfinger, Millencolin and Dead Kennedy’s.

The trailer below also reveals that the familiar modes are returning and the game features split screen. Furthermore, the collection includes online multiplayer modes and players can share homemade skate parks with others.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+ 2 will be released on September 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Those who pre-order the game will have access to the Warehouse demo. When the demo is available will be announced later.
