The webshop posted the release date together with new box art, screenshot and a description online. All this has now been taken offline, but Wario64 shares the info and screenshots on Twitter.

Dead Island 2 was announced at E3 2014. After that, the game was delayed several times and the game has not been shown for years. The game was first developed by Yager Development, then Sumo Digital took over. Eventually Dambuster was put on development.
Publisher Deep Silver hinted at an upcoming release of the game earlier this year. Given the timing of Amazon’s early posting, it’s likely that the game will be revealed again at Gamescom next week, possibly during the Gamescom Opening Night Live show Tuesday night.
The game is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One.
