News | Stripe from Gremlins is coming to Multiversus today
Today update 1.04 for Multiversus is released, which adds Stripe from Gremlins as a playable character.
It was already known that the character would come to Multiversus. You can also find a lot more about the content of this patch on the official website. For example, Halloween is celebrated for a month, where players can unlock virtual candy with battles.
The candy can then be spent in a special Candy Shop for two new skins, an emote and a profile icon. There are also various Halloween skins for sale for between 800 and 2000 Gleamiums. Below you can view some of those skins.

The game mainly focuses on 2v2 combat, but 1v1 and a four-player free-for-all mode is also available. The game is playable on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox consoles, including cross-play.
News | Gremlin Stripe and superhero Black Adam are coming to Multiversus
The Gremlin named Stripe and superhero Black Adam are coming to Multiversus sometime in the future.
Both characters were leaked via an ad on the Xbox dashboard. Several individual people have tweeted the ad.
It is unknown when the characters will be coming to Multiversus. By the way, Stripe is not the only character from the Gremlins franchise that could come to the game: it was previously leaked that Gizmo would also become a playable character, although this has not yet been officially confirmed.
Stripe is the evil Gremlin from the first movie. Black Adam is the comic book hero where a Warner Bros. movie starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in the lead role.

After a short delay, the first season of Multiversus is due to start later today. The full patch notes have already been released. For example, the characters Bugs Bunny, Finn and Velma, according to many the three strongest characters in the game, are made slightly less strong. LeBron James, Wonder Woman and Arya Stark just get a little more powerful.
The patch notes also state that Morty Smith from the cartoon Rick and Morty will be added as a new playable character on August 23.
