News | Sniper Elite 5 Lets Players Use Stealth

A new trailer for Sniper Elite 5 is all about stealth.

Developer Rebellion has put a lot of thought into this part of the game – stealth should be a legitimate form of attack. That’s partly thanks to military advisor Paul Biddiss, who even put on a motion capture suit to provide main character Karl with the right moves.

Sniper Elite 5, like previous games in the series, should mainly offer sniper action. Where in the previous part Italy was visited in 1943, players in Sniper Elite 5 visit France in 1944. According to the makers, the game should feature the “largest and most immersive” maps to date in the franchise.

The game will also feature a co-op mode, where players can give each other assignments, share items and heal each other. The game also features a four-player survival mode. There are also battles for up to sixteen players and an Invasion mode for the campaign, where a player can control an enemy.

Sniper Elite 5 will be released next Thursday for PC, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. The game will also be released on Xbox Game Pass.
