News | Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been postponed
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been delayed to Spring 2023.
Sefton Hill, Creative Director and co-founder of developer Rocksteady Games, reports this via Twitter. The tweet contains a short video in which the characters from the game react to something annoyed, followed by ‘2022’, where the last digit is made into a 3 with graffiti.
Hill doesn’t give a reason for delaying Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League in his tweet, but does say that the extra time will be used to “make the best game possible”. “I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thank you for your patience.”
The last time anything was reported about the game’s release date was in December of last year. At the time, Rocksteady reported that the game would be released in 2022.
We've made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience. pic.twitter.com/VOSwTM6Zak
