News | Collector's Edition of World of Warcraft: The War Within revealed
Blizzard this week unveiled the 20th Anniversary Collector's Edition of upcoming World of Warcraft expansion The War Within.
The Collector’s Edition can now be pre-ordered and costs 200 euros. In return, you will not only receive a code for the game, but also an art book, a statue of the Gryphon Rider, a pin featuring Anduin, Thrall and Alleria and additional game content.
Since this week, it has been possible for interested parties to register through the beta of The War Within. People who register have a chance to receive an invitation, and Blizzard indicates that invitations will be sent out regularly during the beta test.
Following The War Within is Midnight, set in the ancient world of Azeroth, Quel’thalas, where the Void attempts to destroy the Sunwell to shroud the world in darkness. The twelfth expansion is called The Last Titan, which is set in Northrend, known from Wrath of the Lich King. Players will uncover an intricate plot surrounding the returned Titans.
News | Contents of various editions of Hogwarts Legacy leaked
The content of several editions of the upcoming Harry Potter game Hogwarts Legacy has appeared online.
A Reddit user found hidden files on the game’s website, indicating that the game will likely come in a Standard Edition, a Deluxe Edition, and a Collector’s Edition.
The standard edition logically only contains the game. The Deluxe Edition also includes a Thestral Mount, the Dark Arts Cosmetic Pack, the Dark Arts Battle Arena, the Dark Arts Garrisson Hat, the Kelpie Robe and 72 hours early access to the game. The Collector’s Edition includes all of the above as well as a Steel Case and a Floating Ancient Magic Wand with Book. The latter may be a physical object instead of the aforementioned digital extras.
The above special editions have not yet been officially announced.
Hogwarts Legacy is set to release around the holidays this year on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One. In Hogwarts Legacy, players control a fifth-year Hogwarts student. They explore the school and the world around it, learn spells, brew magic potions and fly on a broomstick. The game is set around 1800, so characters from the books and movies are few and far between, except for some cameos.

Sony and Sony Santa Monica Studio confirm God of War Ragnarök release date for November 9 and unveil the Collector's and Jötnar Editions.
After weeks of speculation and apparently last minute canceled announcements of the release date of God of War Ragnarök, the redeeming word is finaly here. The game will be released on November 9 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Sony and developer Sony Santa Monica Studio have announced this.
A thirty-second cinematic trailer featuring Kratos and Atreus, titled “Father and Son,” has also been shared. The trailer does not consist of gameplay footage and is therefore completely animated with CG.
In the trailer, Kratos and Atreus take on a group of enemies; Kratos with his ax and Atreus with his bow and arrow. A giant wolf can be seen in the final shot of the trailer. This is probably Fenrir, in Norse mythology the son of Loki (god of deception) and brother of Hel (goddess of the underworld).
PlayStation also released a video where Santa Monica Studio Art Director Rafael Grassetti and Ryan Hurst, the motion capture and voice actor of Thor, unbox the Collector’s and Jötnar Editions.

News | Collector's Edition of A Plague Tale: Requiem Announced
Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Asobo Studio have announced a Collector's Edition of A Plague Tale: Requiem.
The Collector’s Edition can be reserved exclusively through the digital store of Focus Entertainment for 189.99 euros. The package includes the game, a figurine of Amicia and Hugo, a plate with the soundtrack, a brooch of Hugo’s feather and more.
The first game is set in France in the year 1349, when the country is ravaged by the Black Death. Amicia must protect her younger brother Hugo while the two are pursued by the Inquisition and try to survive in the unforgiving world. In the sequel, Amicia and Hugo return.
A Plague Tale: Requiem will be released sometime this year on Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will also be available on Game Pass immediately upon launch. The game will be released via cloud streaming on Nintendo Switch.
News | Cyberpunk 2077's map has been leaked
A photo of a physical version of the Cyberpunk 2077 map has been leaked.
The photo appears to be from the Collector’s Edition of Cyberpunk 2077, which includes a physical map of the game world. There is also a photo of some cards that come with the Collector’s Edition.
It is the first time that the full map of Night City, the location where Cyberpunk 2077 takes place, can be seen. The photos were initially shared via Reddit and it has not yet been confirmed that the photos are entirely true. The map does look quite authentic.
In addition, the photos are not very sharp, so that smaller depicted locations on the map are difficult to see. Larger neighborhoods are clearly visible, including Northside Industrial District, Little China and Arasaka Waterfront to the north, Westbook to the east, Pacifica to the south, and Night City, Corpo Plaza and Vista Del Ray to the center.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on November 19 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game will also be playable on Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5 from day one, although the next-gen update for the game will not be released until later
News | Life is Strange 2 releases physicall editions.
Square Enix will release Life is Strange 2 physically in Europe on December 3.
The physical version of the game comes out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It is a standard edition and a collector’s edition. The latter version is only available through Square Enix ‘online store.
The standard edition costs 39.99 euros and contains episodes 1 to 5 of Life is Strange 2, where episode 5 is offered as a download. The Awesome Adventures of Captian Spirit is also part of the physical version. In addition, there are a few virtual patches to decorate the Sean in-game backpack.
The collector’s edition costs 69.99 euros. In addition to all the content from the standard edition, this package also contains the soundtrack on vinyl, a 32-page artbook, figurines by Sean and Daniel and a special box for storing the game. This is a limited edition, so it applies while supplies last.
