Batman villain Joker, voiced by Mark Hamill, may be coming to Multiversus as a playable character.

Twitter user LaisulMV claims to have found an Announcer Pack for the game that contains multiple narrated dialogues from the Joker. He shares the audio files in the tweet below.

It is almost certain that the dialogue is voiced by Mark Hamill, best known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars films. He has regularly voiced the Joker in animated series and films since 1992. Hamill has even voiced the Joker in games before, namely in the Arkham games and in Lego DC Super-Villains. However, nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet.

As of last night, Rick, from the Rick & Morty cartoon series, is available as a playable character in Multiversus. Furthermore, Stripe from Gremlins and DC hero Black Adam are yet to be added. An earlier datamine also revealed unused dialogues for the characters Beetlejuice and the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz.

The free-to-play game Multiversus came out in Early Access on July 19, and the first season kicked off on August 15. People can get a free and paid Battle Pass for the game, which can unlock all kinds of cosmetic items for characters.

Multiversus is a Smash Bros.-style fighting game featuring various characters from Warner Bros. franchises. The game mainly focuses on 2v2 combat, but 1v1 and a four-player free-for-all mode is also available. The game is playable on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox consoles, including cross-play.
