Dark Passenger, a new studio featuring former CD Projekt Red employees, are working on a game set in feudal Japan.
The game doesn’t have a name yet, but it is known that the game will have to run in Unreal Engine 5 and will contain co-op, PvP and PvE. The focus is therefore on online gameplay. The game must have a first-person perspective.
The story revolves around an invasion that ousts the reigning shogun from the throne. Players should be able to create their own Dojo in the game to train and socialize with other players, it will also be possible to customize weapons such as katana and throwing knives.

The Warsaw-based company was founded by former CD Projekt developer Jakub Ben. Employees of the company have worked on films of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and cyberpunk 2077, among others. The studio is looking for several new employees.
It’s unlikely that there will be more details about the game soon: the game is still in early production. However, some artwork has already been shown, which can be seen below. In any case, the game should come to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. The developer’s official website can be visited here.
