News | Dune: Spice Wars Update Adds Multiplayer

The real time strategy game has been playable on Steam as an Early Access game since April 26. The update adds the ability for two players to compete against two other players, according to developer Shiro Games. The update also adds more regions even events, among other things.

Dune: Space Wars is a 4X-element RTS set on the desert planet Arrakis, known from the books and the movies. Since the game is by Shiro Games, it contains elements of its other RTS, Northgard. In this way, areas on the planet are explored and taken over and the boundaries of the map are constantly expanding.
