The vampire survival game V Rising has sold more than 2 million copies since it became available on Steam last month.

That is what the Swedish developer Stunlock Studios announced. The Early Access version of V Rising has been available on Steam since last month. Already in the first week the game sold more than a million times, and within a month the counter has reached 2 million sales.

“We at Stunlock are very proud of the great start V Rising has made since its Early Access launch,” said Rickard Frisegard, CEO of developer Stunlock. “Our goal is to make the best vampire game possible and this is a clear indication that we are on the right track. We aim to reward our players with a new groundbreaking survival experience, as well as quench some bloodlust.”

V Rising is a survival game with an isometric perspective in which players take on the role of a vampire. Among other things, players must survive by searching for blood in settlements, building a base and of course avoiding the sun. V Rising also includes online components and is only available on PC.
