The new Bioshock game could well be called Bioshock Isolation.
That’s what Oops Leaks claims. The Twitter account shared the information earlier this month, but yesterday the rumor started gaining traction worldwide with a mention on game forum ResetEra.
According to the tweet, Bioshock Isolation would be set in a new dystopian city – similar to previous installments – and would run on Unreal Ungine 5. The game would be developed by people who previously worked at Bioshock developer Irrational Games, along with people who worked on Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mafia 3, and Watch Dogs: Legions. The game is expected to be unveiled in the first quarter of 2022.

The last all-new BioShock game, BioShock Infinite, came out in 2013. A sequel was canceled in 2016, but in 2019 2K confirmed that the new studio Cloud Chamber is working on a new installment in the series. Further details besides the above rumors are not yet available.
