Starting tomorrow night, Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer will be available to play for free on consoles and PC for an entire weekend.

Activision has confirmed that. The free version will be available from tomorrow 19:00 CET and will run until November 22. Officially, the free multiplayer weekend is to celebrate the arrival of the new version of the Shipment map, which is available in the game starting today. Still, the free weekend is striking, given that Vanguard is only a little over two weeks out.

According to the first reports, sales figures for the game are therefore lower than previous Call of Duty games. Vanguard faces a lot of competition in the form of Battlefield 2042 which is playable in Early Access since last week and the Monday suddenly launched free multiplayer of Halo Infinite.
