Sony has announced a sequel to God of War with a teaser.
The images still reveal very little, except for the slogan ‘Ragnarok is coming’. The game thus hints at the mythological event of the same name, where the time of the Norse gods on earth comes to an end.
The game, possibly titled God of War Ragnarok, is likely to continue the story of God of War, which came out for PlayStation 4 in 2018. In it, Kratos has moved into Norse mythology and struggles with fatherhood.
The game will be released for PlayStation 5 in 2021.
