CD Projekt Red has debunked a rumor about the disk space required for Cyberpunk 2077.
A screenshot of Nvidia was shared on Reddit earlier this week. In the image, the video card maker addresses issues with next-gen games. Games could reach 200 GB. The slide from the presentation features an image of Cyberpunk 2077, leading Reddit users to speculate that that game could take up 200 GB.
Community Lead Marcin Momot is now refuting those rumors via Twitter. Although the Cyberpunk 2077 system requirements are not yet known (coming soon!), I want to touch on this topic from Reddit. The game doesn’t take up 200 GB. You can expect the same size on the hard drive as with other modern titles. . “
While the @CyberpunkGame system requirements are not out yet (they are coming soon, though!), I wanted to address this topic from reddit. The game won't take up 200GB when installed. You can expect the required HDD space to be on par with other modern titles. pic.twitter.com/tRigjPWLfC
