New information has been released for the new Pokémon service, Pokémon Home. Several Japanese media outlets had started working on a demo version in recent days.
The English translation of the information recently appeared on Serebii.net. In the demo version, a number of new functions were shown. For example, people with a premium subscription have 200 boxes in which they can store Pokémon. At Pokémon Home it’s not possible to transfer eggs to the storage service. According to a number of Japanese outlets, the release of Pokémon Home is planned for mid-February
There is also a search function, with which you can search for pokémon with different critiria. If you transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu or Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee to Pokémon Home, they can’t use their abilities in older games.
In the mobile version of Pokémon Home, it is possible to view and rotate 3D versions of pokémon. Finally, it was announced that the National Pokédex is separated by region, so that you can view all Pokémon at the same time. It is also possible to see a separate list of pokémon per region.
