A sequel to Marvel's Spider-Man could come out in 2021, according to the presenter of the Kinda Funny Gamecast.

In addition to being the presenter of the Kinda Funny Gamecast, Imran Khan is the former senior editor of Game Informer. In the most recent episode he reports that he thinks the game will be released around Christmas 2021. “I know too much about this subject, so I can’t speculate too much. I think Spider-Man 2 is coming faster than we think.”

Khan thinks that the fact that Sony used the first Spider-Man to demonstrate the PlayStation 5 is also a sign on the wall. Earlier this year, Sony compared the PS4 and PS5 through that game. With this, the company demonstrated how fast games are loaded on the upcoming console.

Sony has not officially announced anything yet. The first Spider-Man appeared on PlayStation 4 last year and was developed by Insomniac Games. The developer is now part of Sony.
